Ideal background

  • Manager / Principal-level consulting experience from a top-tier firm
  • Consulting + operator background highly valued
  • Experience in transformation, performance improvement, operating model, or strategy execution
  • Commercial mindset and ability to build trusted client relationships

Project Leaders

For experienced consultants or operators who can lead client workstreams, manage senior stakeholders, structure ambiguous problems, and drive execution.

Ideal background

  • 5+ years in top-tier consulting, strategy, transformation, or high-growth operating roles
  • Experience leading projects or workstreams
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to turn complexity into clear actions

Consultants

For high-potential talent who can support analysis, project management, client materials, and execution follow-up.
