Our Story
Smida was created from firsthand experience of the strategy-execution gap.
Founder Sixten Blomqvist has seen this challenge from several angles: as a strategy consultant at BCG, as a Regional General Manager and Director of Operations at Wolt, as CFO in a PE-backed company, and as Chief of Staff to the CTO at Supercell.
Across these roles, one pattern has been consistent: companies rarely lack ambition, ideas, or talented people. The real challenge is turning priorities into focused action across the organization. Too often, execution gets diluted by too many priorities, unclear ownership, fragmented initiatives, slow decisions, and weak follow-through. Teams stay busy, but the most important outcomes do not move fast enough.

We help organizations

clarify what matters most
At Wolt and Supercell, Sixten worked with the Nordic scale-up playbook in practice: autonomy with accountability, short decision cadences, and relentless clarity. High performance does not come from adding bureaucracy. It comes from giving teams ownership while keeping outcomes, priorities, and decisions exceptionally clear.
Smida brings this execution discipline to leadership teams. We help organizations clarify what matters most, focus on the few priorities that drive results, define clear ownership, and build the cadence needed for better decisions and consistent progress.
When these pieces fit together, execution becomes less chaotic and more systematic. Teams align faster, leaders decide better, and the organization gets more important work done.
