Sixten Blomqvist is the founder of Smida. He has worked across strategy, operations, finance, and execution as a former BCG Project Leader, Wolt Regional Manager and Director of Operations, CFO in a PE-backed company, and Chief of Staff to the CTO at Supercell.

Across these roles, Sixten has seen the same pattern repeatedly: companies rarely lack ambition, ideas, or talented people. The harder challenge is turning priorities into focused action across the organization.

At Wolt and Supercell, he worked with the Nordic scale-up playbook in practice: autonomy with accountability, short decision cadences, and relentless clarity.

This experience shaped Smida's approach to execution — helping leadership teams clarify what matters, focus on fewer priorities, define clear ownership, and build the operating rhythm needed to turn strategy into measurable results.
